Lead the sales team handling end-to-end sales process, starting from lead qualification to presales, closure and relationship management.
Develop and execute BD strategy and plans.
Position Ceymox services and products to customers. Maintain a healthy lead to opportunity conversion rates.
Work closely with the pre-sales team to develop sales pitch and proposal preparation.
Maintain healthy sales closure rates. Negotiate, persuade, and close deals in the shortest possible time frame.
Maintain UpToDate data and reports on sales pipeline and closures.
Maintain a healthy and adequate pipeline for closures.
Consistently meet sales targets with healthy margins.
Guide, mentor and lead the sales team.
Actively participate and contribute to organizational business and marketing strategy.
— A graduate, preferably MBA with 5+ years of sales experience in an IT product/services organization. Experience in selling and managing customers in the US/Europe and Middle-East is an added advantage
— Strong sales number focus and ability to guide the sales team to achieve sales targets
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Deliver sales and company presentations.
— Ability to learn and effectively articulate Ceymox offering and value proposition to customers
— Excellence in customer relationship management – maintain communication and interactions with customers.
— Strong affinity towards sales number tracking, pipeline management and closure
— Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
